Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policies:

All items are shipped via USPS.

Shipping within the continental United States is a flat $5.50 per order for a limited time. International orders will be re-charged additional shipping, based on cost via USPS.

Orders will be shipped within 7 days of receipt. If an order happens to go on backorder, you will be notified. Other in stock items in your order will ship. Your backordered item(s) will ship as soon as they are restocked.

Return Policy:

Customer Satisfaction is our highest priority. Within a ten day review period, if you are not satisfied with the product, we will gladly issue a store credit or a refund for the merchandise MINUS the shipping paid.

Make sure to include your invoice number and to note if you would like a refund or a store credit. Within 7 days of receipt, your refund to your credit card or store credit will be issued.

Order Cancellation Policies:

Fleur de Lis Creations will gladly cancel your order if notification is received prior to shipping.
